7. Limitation of Liability Logistic Hive is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform. Vendors and users assume all risks associated with their transactions.
8. Indemnification Clause Users agree to indemnify and hold Logistic Hive harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their platform use.
9. Force Majeure Clause Logistic Hive is not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
